They sent me a heavily used, dirty tool. The box had dirt from the worksite on it. The trigger is loaded with dirt. They did not even try to patch up any of the dings, scratches and scuffs. This looks like it came out of a pawnshop, but worse because it is dirty. I did not even try it to see if it worked, it looked so bad. They did not even pretend to send a factory reconditioned nailer. I am embarrased for this company. Based on the reviews, I suspect this is an anomoly, and that someone who is not greatful to be employed severely cut corners. Only a couple ... Includes 2-1/2-in 15-Gauge Oil-Free
