Been using it for about 6 months. When I first got it I tore off the cardboard holder without reading the directions for changing the blades and had the same problems as many have posted. Once I found out how to use it, it works great every time. Blade changes are easy and reversing the blade is extrememly quick and simple. The blade always retracts completely.
